You can also reset all profiles to return everything back to the factory defaults.

If instead, you reset the Current Profile, SigmaNEST checks for customizations on the local level, then the network level, and finally, resets to factory defaults (if no local or network customizations were found). If none are found, the factory defaults are used instead. When resetting a profile, the same hierarchy (Current Profile < Local Path < Network Path) described above is used to determine your new shortcuts.įor example, if you reset the Local Path, SigmaNEST checks for (and uses) customizations on the network level. For example, Ctrl+M can be assigned to both the Active Color command in Work-space/CAD/Tools Help and the Active Turret command in Nesting/Nesting NC/Nesting Detail/Tools Help. However, you can assign the same shortcut to an action in a different category. If you try to enter a combination that's currently in use, you'll be prompted to cancel the assignment or overwrite the existing assignment. You can't use the same shortcut twice within the same category.

The following default SigmaNEST and Windows shortcuts can't be used when customizing quick keys. Most combinations of Ctrl, Shift, and Alt will work (with the exception of the Alt modifier alone). To do this, edit the quick key as usual, and press all keys you want to assign at the same time. You can assign single letters as quick keys, but sometimes, you'll want to assign a more complicated quick key (like Ctrl+Shift+C). Click OK to accept your changes, and you'll see the assignment disappear. Then, press the Delete key to change the assignment to None. To delete a quick key, double-click it (in the Quick Key field). Click OK to accept your changes, and you'll see the assignment appear in the Quick Key column. Then, press the key(s) you want to use to access this function.
